Seitz: Forewing lilac-brown with a coppery reflection, particularly in the marginal
area, with copper-brown, double, undentate transverse lines, a small round ring-macula and oblong reniform macula, pupilled-violet; also the coniform macula is present; the violet undulate line is distinct in the ff, absent in the mm. The brown hindwing is in the disc whitish with traces of a discal spot. Expanse of wings: 33 to 35 mm.
