Seitz: Forewing reddish-yellow, costal margin shaded with olive brown, with 2 brown, white-edged oblique streaks in and behind the middle of the costal margin, a fine brown median line and a punctiform postmedian line, ending with a larger spot at the inner margin; a brownish subterminal shadow is rather indistinct. Hindwing reddish yellow with a fine postmedian line which is thickened towards the anal margin. Costa-Rica.
