A robust species with extensive bright-red markings: costa almost complete nearly up to the apex, internal border largely red almost to the tornus. The cellular patch wide thinly bordered by black on its two sides, the black border largely widened beneath (LAGUERRE M. 2023: Revision of the genus Lepidoneiva Travassos, 1940: resurrection of several species.
