Type locality: Costa Rica, Prov. San Jose, P. N. Braulio Carrillo, Est. Carrillo, 700 m

The male genitalia of this species is different from that of N. erikabjertromae as the costula is triangular, more flattened, larger and sclerotized; and the distal part of the phallus is more robust.
